Halloween - Stop By - Meet an Author - Enter to Win!

October 31 I'll be hosting author Dawn Brown and her new book, a romantic suspense "Blood and Bone"!  What an awesome title to feature on Halloween.  It's not just the title that got me but the fact that the book comes with its own "product warning". Stop by tomorrow to find out more, meet Dawn and enter for a chance to win a prize.  Over the course of her book tour one commenter will win a $20 Amazon gift certificate.  If you stop by and comment - that winner might just be you!

It's all happening here, tomorrow - at Once Upon a Time...  Hope to see you then!

So the big question - are you dressing up for Halloween or just answering the door dressed as self?
Me - I'm still contemplating that question.

I live in a condo and haven't had one trick-or- treater in 20 years! Which is kind of good; I don't buy the candy and then be tempted to eat it!

Thanks,

Can't say I've ever had none but the trick or treaters do change from year to year from 15 to 70. Seventy was a little crazy - wouldn't want more than that.

we dont get treat or treaters on our street much ( its a dead end street) guess their to afraid to. So I dont have to spend money buying any candy or answering the door. But I do enjoy seeing the kids all dressed up and having fun.

Ann - a dead end street, perfect for Halloween. With a little neighbour cooperation it could be dressed up into Halloween creepy. Of course if the dead-end thing is already too scary for the kids - spooky decorations probably won't help :)

We live in a apartment building and it isn't allowed here.

Crazycatlady - not allowed? - not even the one person in the vestibule handing out the candy. I remember the apartments were the place to head as a kid because they would have the biggest handouts.

I did not dress up this year for trick or treating, I wanted to be warm as I walked the neighborhood with the little guy. I did dress up for a Halloween Party last week, as a witch.
Thanks, Anne

Ann R - You're welcome and I'd think dressing up last week counts doesn't it? Speaking of dress and Halloween decor - time to turn off the blinking skeleton on my front step. Happy Halloween!
